Need Help on macros for pasting over multiple cells

Dear all

please find my attached excel

and stepping into my issue , i have an excel with some locked and unlocked cells ,validation lists as well, where user will paste the values and i need to sustain format . which i goggled and couldn't do it and i achieved it in different way .
i have another duplicated sheet which is hidden . when user is pasting over validations cells i am fetching list from hidden sheet and setting pasted value to the particular cell .and i am putting the value which user wants to paste furthur in clipboard

so far evrything worked great and fine

but in some few events i found my clipboard data has been lost(not every timesay once in 5 . when am pasting same value multiple times ) and when its taking more time for updating .

please help me on this ..i will be very thankful.
