Filter multiple columns based on multiple data validation fields

Hello Excel masters,
This is my first time to post in this forum.
Today, I came across this one filtering problem in Excel.

I have multiple data validations in rows 2-26. Then my data is in this range E30:Q38. E30 is the heading. Then above E30, so thats E29, there are formula so that those cell will refer to the values in my data validation fields above. This will then then be my criteria for filtering my data. Is that possible to make using VBA? or an excel formula is also fine if that will work.

For now, the row data is filtered up until column L only but I will have to filter the whole range eventually. And the data might be longer than those. i might need to add 50 more rows. I maybe able to edit the formula to extend the row and column.

I hope somone can help. I will also attach the file so you could check.
