If calculation to copy rows based on hard coded cells

Hi I want to copy all rows from my input sheet that have a date less than the date in cell B3 of the output spread sheet and are contained in the stock table (range A7:B17) Sedol in column B Is a unique identifier. I started to do this but am lost. Any ideas

Make sure that the sheet "INPUT" is the active sheet when you run the macro.
