Need help on macros in Excel fro adding more rows in the attached Excel

Hi

I am attaching one excel sheet , in that there is a option to expand and collapse the items by double click and it was fantastci , as you can see there are 5 sections but my requirment is to add another 3 - 4 sections , i tried to copy and paste but its not working , can someone please help me.

I need another section by 6 and subtopics 6.1 to 6.10 and it should be expanded or collapsed when double clicked.

Hi

You need to expand the range myCheckList
Go to Formulas and Choose Name Manager, then double click myChesklist and expand the range in the refers to box, to something like:
=check_list!$B$6:$E$74

And the numbers in coloumn A has to start with the same number as the Topic.
