.FitToPagesTall = 1 Problem

Good evening!
I'm working on a macro that has multiple functions and I can't troubleshoot why my formatting is not working.
(I mostly pieced these macros together from the genius I found on this site - so thank you to the gurus!)
Here is the workbook:
Copy of Testing Format Macro.xlsm
Within my CreateWorkbook macro two others run - Breakout by carton and LoopSheetFormat. Below is the code for LoopSheetFormat where I am having trouble. The sheets do not Fit to 1 page Tall or Wide.

Try entering the line in red and you don't need to activate the sheets.

That's perfect!
(I found that I do need to activate the sheet, because otherwise it only saves the formatting to the last sheet of the workbook, not all the sheets)
