For certain worksheets copy and paste a range as values

I have a workbook with many sheets, but the majority of them are Mmm YYYY format. Starting with Aug 2012, Sep 2012 etc I want a macro that takes Aug 2012 all the way up to Dec 2013 and copies and pastes the range A16:AI500 as values because I have formulas in there I no longer require (just the values that are there generated by the formula)

Any ideas?
