Condensing IF, ElseIF, Else statment with multiple criteria.

Hi All,
I have written this hugely unruly If statement which is used to populate bookmarks laid out in textboxes saved in a word template. I was wondering if there was any way to condense it?
The issue is that the statement needs to have an additional 10 ranges to it. Debugging will become a total nightmare.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Additional information:
The word template is divided into two labels with bookmarked textboxes for each field that needs populating.

I am trying to reduce potential waste, if there is one pallet of one spec and one pallet of anther then I'd like the first 2 specs on the same sheet.

With the additonal ranges I think it would be acceptable for each additional spec to be added to its own sheet. With prehaps the addition of, if there is more than 2 pallets of the same spec then they could be added to one page.
