Copy data in a loop from one sheet to another and return result

Hi all,

I'm praying you can help me as it will save me a lot of time if so! Essentially what I am aiming for is:
1) Copy range ($C$9:last blank row) from sheet 'Raw Data'
2) Paste in 'seasonal monthly' sheet in $E$2 downwards
3) Copy the result of formulas in 'seasonal monthly' sheet range ($L$2:last blank row) - this last blank row will not be the same length as the input, there will be extra rows.
4) Paste in 'forecast method 2' sheet from $C$2 downwards
5) Copy range ($D$9:last blank row) from sheet 'Raw Data'
6) Paste in 'seasonal monthly' sheet in $E$2 downwards
7) Copy the result of formulas in 'seasonal monthly' sheet range ($M$2:last blank row) - this last blank row will not be the same length as the input, there will be extra rows.
8) Paste in 'forecast method 2' sheet from $E$2 downwards
9) Repeat step 5 for E-F-G-H... onwards until blank column in 'Raw Data', paste in same cells in step 6 (column E), copy from same cells in step 7 (column M) and paste to next blank column in step 8. So the next example would be copy column E (raw data), paste to column E (Seasonal monthly), copy column M (seasonal monthly), paste to column F (forecast method 2)

Hopefully that makes sense? I've tried to be as clear as I can. I've attached a blank file with the three tabs (through removed loads of formulas to make it more basic), and also a fourth tab showing what I would like the result to look like.
