Data Update thru UserForm

Dear Experts,

I have created a Userform. I want user to feed details in Userform daily and the same needs to copied into 'Daily Report' sheet.

I am looking for following in 'Daily Report' sheet...
1. Date Stamp/Date Fed by User in Daily Report (Column A)
2. Food Type, Items, Quantity to be updated only by using Userform (Column B, C n D)

3. In Userform,
I have textbox, which displays the recipe of Items... I have managed to display in TextBox but they are not aligned.
How do you I align by keeping constant headings? (headings as per Recipe sheet)

Thanks for sharing link... this worked out for me on 2nd point of my query.

Request you to help me on the 1st and 3rd points, which am unable to do.

- quantity mannaully enter by user
- when ever user click on ok then current Date should paste on Report Daily Sheet in column A right
