Error when copying multiple union range

Essentially I am trying to copy three individual cells and paste them into one row (adjacent columns) one another worksheet.

I believe I have set the union right ( see code bellow)- but get the error message "that command cannot be used on multiple selections"

So I am guessing you cannot copy it in this way.

Any ideas of a work around.?
