Help, dependent combo boxes or droplists

Hi, i'm in the need of an excel solution that creates 4 dependent comboboxes or droplists filtering the repeated values.
In sheet Layout, there's the fields, Classe, Designação, Tipo and Dimensões that depend on each other to return the values from these 4 selections.
I've been able to return the values with index method, but i've been strugeling to find/understand a solution for creating the dependent droplists (tried offset method without success). The comboboxes/droplists should be in cells B10 to E31 with the same dependent fields to be able to be populated.
Would be nice for the data to be inserted in Materiais Sheet to be automatically added to the droplist fields.

This is very similar to what i need, but not in a userform. In cells Sheet.Layout B10:E10, same for B11:E11, etc until B31:E31.

Would be very thankful if anyone could help me.
