Help needed! Timer for the work sheet

I have few excel work books that are in shared folder!
Multiple people can access the files from different stations.
If the file is open on one computer and not active, no one can access the file on any other station.
I have found VBA for the file to close on its own, but it does not start count down on its own.
To clarify when i run a code it works like a charm, but when i open file again, it does not start working in the background.
I do not have any buttons to click, i just want it to start counting on its own every time the file is open.

If i put this code in the This workbook, i cant have multiple work books open.
It wont open it afterwards, it just says opening, and then it closes on its own!
