    Convert Excel to ASCII Text

    Hello:

    Please refer to attached sheet.

    I need to convert the data in cell B4:K5 in ASCII text file with fixed-length records
    and fixed-length fields.

    The position is shown in row 2 and lenght of each data is shown in row 3.
    If there is no data in cell B4:K5 then add zero.

    Please let me know if any questions.
