Moving row to column conditions, deleting rows

Hi,
I'm looking to move some cells around so that the data (see workbook link below) runs horizontally like
A569 MA MA MD
A220 MD
A911 MA MA MA MA MD
A110 MD


So far I've been trying to do it in a piecemeal manner but I can't get a delete row code right nor move beyond lining up the second variable. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hm I deleted my columns so it looks like what I uploaded and my the code keeps running. Does it take this long for 6,000 rows?

If you have formulas in the workbook or worksheet_events you should turn the events off as well and change to CalculationManual for the run of the macro.
