Drop-down menu that uses list from same cell in different sheets then populates responses

I am working on a file and I would like to have 1 master sheet and then several sheets that will be added with the same questions.

The Master sheet will have have a list of the questions in column A then in column B I would like it to have a list of every different answers that is in the other sheets. I will always be adding new sheets so I would like the Master to reflect these new sheets as well.

What I would like to do after that is say I want to see all the people who had "abc" as a response to question one, I would like to be able to select "abc" in the drop down menu an somehow see a list of those who had that response.

Not sure if any of this is possible but I thought I would pose the question. I've attached an example file

Please let me know if I am unclear in what I am seeking or if my sample book does not help

I'm thinking the drop-down menu isn't that important if their is another way that would work as well

Or maybe a drop-down that has the names but then just displays the number of sheets that have the same response.

any ideas?
