Change font colour based on another cells value using vba

Hi, I am working on a project and i need to change the font colour in a range of cells based on the value in another cell. I have tried conditional formatting but this removes the 'wrap text' formatting from the cells and is therefore not suitable.

A brief description of what i am trying to achieve.

If cell L27 on sheet "Quote Sheet" says "Yes" then the font in cells "C24:M24" on sheet "Header" needs to change to red and bold. If cell L27 on sheet "Quote Sheet" says "No" then the font in cells "C24:M24" on sheet "Header" needs to change to black and standard.

Ideally i want the cells to change colour each time cell L27 changes from "Yes" to "No" and visa versa

I have tried various ways to get this to work but for some reason nothing has worked for me.
