I am trying to create a spreadsheet for my work which I need to collect data to various pages onto one page which will then create a form to show all the data in one area, is this possible or just a dream I have??

This is very possible and I would wager millions of people do it.
Depending on how unique the data is you might be able to use live formulas or you might have to use VBA to simply copy all the data to a DATA tab that you can then show summarized.
