Using SpecialCells(xlLastCell) in a Range

TORCH Report is going to be bigger each time I use it so I need a way to run the sort and capture the new size each time. I keep getting Method 'Range' of object '_Global' failed for the following code:

In the Locals window ReportLastCell shows the correct column and row. I've also tried:
