Not recognising dates

Hi Guys
The date was not suitable so am reconstructing it. However when it is OK only some of the dates become dates. The remainder require me to place the cursor to the right of the date –then move to the date in the Fx position my cursor to the left and hit Enter. This move whatever it is does not show up in VBA.
