Excel excel flickers when adding worksheet or workbook.

Not sure if I have posted about this, but here we go, ;-)

I am trying to copy/add sheets from a source workbook to a target workbook; it seems that the process flickers on the Bold text bellow.


I have these lines on ThisWorkBook:


Application.Calculation = xlCalculationManual
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
