Close Outlook from Excel with Delay

Trying to find a way to close outlook from excel workbook close. If outlook is open then delay excel workbook 45 seconds from closing.If outlook is
not open then close excel normal. Here is what I've tried with no luck

Yes indeed. I'm constantly surprised by how efficient and easy a lot of tasks are with even simple macros.
