can anyone help me with my beforesave issue

I have tried everything and nothing is working. I still get that error about restarting. When the end-user clicks on the blue disk to save what they entered into the template, I get the following response: MS Excel has stopped working. Windows can try and recover your information and restart the program. Then I can click on restart and it backs up what I saved and closes the template out.

Does anyone know how to bypass this problem?

I changed the code so it will keep my current sheet, which is my template and saveas the data I select to another sheet and let the user choose their path and all. The problem is when I do the saveas another name another path, I need the .xls to save without any of the macros. How do I do that? Here is my code:
