VBA Remove Duplicates From Column & Ignore Blanks

Hi, I wonder whether someone may be able to help me please.

I'm trying to put together a script which remove duplicate values from column B on my sheet "Unique Records", but only if there is a value in column C.

I found a link to a post here: http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...lls-blank.htmlwhich I thought I coud adapt.

The code below is what I've put together so far, but, although I don't receive and error message, the duplicate entries are not deleted.
