Concatenate Multiple Cells in same sheet

I require a vb code to concatenate multiple cells. I have attached the worksheet with the current sheet as well as desired sheet. I am new to vba coding and so trying to learn and code. Thanks for helping.

Hi,
My requirement is to combine all the director name[Proposal Text #](Column H) as well as BNYM Rec (Column I) for each proposal# (Column E) into one cell in the same Column H separated by commas. The desired output has been mentioned in sample sheet.

Hey, that worked Thanks a ton. What logic have you used? I can see that there three for loops and I would like to know if this loops over all the data if there are several rows say(200 rows)?
