Nested IF function

Hello,
Was wondering if you could help me with the following function or see if the following function is correct.
Need to ID the following.
IF A is > .20, or more than (B+C), then (do nothing), otherwise do something.

Example
if quality (A3) is 20% or more than (defects +rework)
then (do nothing), otherwise take action.

B and C are two different variables, however I created a separate column and summed the two (in the equation below that column is listed as D3).

So far I have the following
=IF(OR(A3>=0.2,A3>D3),"do nothing","take action")
