WHen i try to add comment to range of cells, i am facing error.
can any one do help on this.

Delete the existing comment and try...
Use error handler to suppress the error when the cells doesn't have comment.

as per my knowledge u can add comment to singel cell only
at a time to a ranges of cells u cant add comments
for single cell
