In a dynamic sheet I want to use a macro and find a collumn based upon its headername and when found select the entire collumn for further processing. How is this done?

Hi,
Maybe
Where the sheet in question is already active and the labels are on row 1Please Login or Register to view this content.
However consider whether you really need to select the column. Most of the time you don't need to do this and can just 'do' things with it without first selecting.

Thank You Richard, I'll give this one a try. I hope I know how to handle this for it has been a while I was doing some programming and I was not that good
What I want to do is select the collumn and move it to a fixed position so my other macros can do what I want them to. I guess this should also be possible without moving collumns but I think it would mean more programming...
Thank you Richard, the code works as I want it to. It's a great help!
