delete rows where the numbers dont match

hi ,

column "b" in the attached file has numbers that match some numbers in column "c"
I need to delete all the rows that done match the numbers in column "c" that are used in column "b"

for example no " 53" is in column "c" but not column "b" so they need deleting

does this code mark in cyan the rows that you want deleted?

if so then subsequent deletion of these is easy
