Guidance reqd for filtering with nearby macro buttons

In running a macro to filter items it achieves the required results however buttons located beside in rows 1-4 are squashed flat and then be virtually hidden as just like a border single line when the filter is removed.
My sheet has 4 rows of general info above a table with headings in row 5. The buttons are in columns away from the table.
How do I restrict the auto filter to the table component rows 5 - 150?
or stop the macro buttons remaining squashed when the filter is removed?

Writing made me look rather than search for hours
