Deleting row in Sheet1 based on Listbox1 selection

Hi,

I have a Listbox1 drawing its values from 'MyRange' on Sheet1. My listbox has 7 columns (columns D:J).

In the userform I wish to be able to select a Listbox1 row and delete it (from the listbox and on Sheet1).

Any ideas?
