Code for makro running automatic every .... minutes (if active)

Hi, i'm searching for VB code to enter in selfmade makro, so same work every 10 or 15 minutes
on background (time to be determinate in macro) if makro is active. Deactivation to be possible to...

Same to create myselve simular macro like autosave, but with saving active sheet in several
locations (in network)... Autosave is not working properly, time choosen in save option is not
respected, even when choosing 10 minutes, autosave only work a few times a day ???

Looking forward for a reply, if possible not to complicated as I am not a specialist
but only enthousiastic user of macro's, partly recorded and/or assembled ;-)
