i make excel workbook that retrieve data from access database and all worked ok . but i have problem when i try to share this workbook
i receive error massage (This workbook cannot be shared because it contains excel tables) and if i convert table to range this will remove query .
I may be wrong because I don't exactly know your situation there but this might be a permission issue with other people in that their computer stations are not allowed access to...Access. I would look into that first if I was you, unless someone comes along with a different idea.

No you can't because you would need to have the Network gurus at your work to give that kind of permission.
