Hi I'm new to the Forum. I'm in need of a spreadsheet that will send out an automatic e-mail reminder. The spreadsheet would have a listing of names, date due, e-mail address. and would also have a color code for the date due to change to red - 5 days, 10 - yellow, green -15 days. Thank you!!

one of the early tips that can help you is to scroll down the page a little and just below the "entry panel" is a panel of "Similar Threads" where you can see a number of examples of past threads that "the system" thinks are relevant to your posting (at the moment I can see 5 threads that fit your problem description)
Secondly, even for a straightforward request like yours, there are many subtle nuances in the requirement that would influence a potential solution. It is therefore always an excellent idea to attach (follow the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom right corner of the entry panel) a sample spreadsheet with just enough data to (no confidential data please) show your before and after positions.
The contributors on the forum are all volunteers with "proper jobs" so anything to help us help you increases you chances of a response

Ron has great code on his site (in fact only last week i used some of his code to automate the emailing a spreadsheet page of results as part of a macro) that is freely available to all. I do try to acknowledge the source of any of his code that I use even if not many people will read the comments in my macros
