Delete Row if Column returns a value of zero

Hi everyone,
I see a lot of different instances on other forums on how to solve this, but none of them really work.

I have a ton of data (A1:CV350000)

and in Column A I have a formula that returns a 1 if I want to keep the row and a zero if I want to get rid of it.

I know this is probably simple, but i'd like the exact macro that would get rid of all of the rows that have a Zero for Column A and keep the rest.
