VBA Code to calculate utilization of an Employee using Start & End Date

Need help creating a formula that takes into account the employee start and end date and plugs in a value of 1 if the employee worked the entire month or a pro-rated value based on the number of months worked in that month over the number of business days in the month.

Basically the formula has three criteria
1. Formula must output a value of 1 for each month the employee has worked in entirety.
2. If the start date begins mid month then the output is a calculation of number of days worked over number of business days
3. If the end date lands mid month then the output is a calculation of number of days worked over number of business days.
