Audit log for data inserted-edited via VBA Forms

Hi Team,

I have a tracker which records the incoming invoices via excel forms and also let the users update the status of these invoices as and when there is a change in the status of the invoices.

I am trying to record each modification which has been done on the "Data" sheet by way of creating an audit log.

Have updated the "Data" sheet with a macro which captures the user name and the "To" value which is changed, however I am unable to get the "From" value.

Any assistance in this regard would be of great help to me.
