shift cells in column 2 spaces to right if specific text appears in that column

I have a Excel 2013 spreadsheet where I need to shift cells 2 spaces to the right if the text "title" appears in column C. I'm attaching the spreadsheet. I have no experience with macros in excel. I'm not even sure if I'm in the right area of this forum. Thanks!

I think that is what you need. Press Alt+F11 to open vba editor, click insert->module. Copy the code into the module window, place the mouse cursor within the sub macro_1 and end sub statements and press F5.
