highlight cells when tab values match

Hi Everyone,
Pls help. I'm trying to write something to highlight values(ACCOUNTS) in 1 worksheet (CONTROL) based on other tab names within the same workbook.

ie. CONTROL worksheet contains 4 accounts , UN10001, UN10002,UN10003, UN10004 in column A. If worksheets with those names (UN10001) are created in the workbook, the cell with value UN10001 in the CONTROL worksheet would be highlighted.

You can try use Conditional Formatting with below formula.

Try this macro
It searches A1 to F6 but you can change the start and finish location by changing the row and col numbers in the 'for' statement
