Using VBA to transfer data from Excel form to a web form. error 'Permission Denied'

Hi
I have an Excel form which users complete for membership application. I have tried to automate this as I expect to get up to 100 forms at a time. However I need to be able to check the application online before submitting. The files in Folder '\SME For Upload' are retrieved well and the web form opens up okay. However when the code gets to 'with ieDoc' it come up with the error 'Permission denied'. It isn't denied because I can enter data manually on the web form which has been opened up. My vbp file is in

C:\1a Career Specific\CMI\CMI Upload\

Can anyone help please? I am using Vista, Internet Explorer 7 and Excel 2007. My code isn't the most efficient I know but even if it worked as it is it would be great. Thanks in Advance. My code is:
