Countif problems

Hi fellow excel lovers!

I am having some problems with VBA Countif. It doesnt seem to want to work. I have tried all manor of different solutions.

I want the count to count values in a certain range within the sheet, but it only seems to work when the range is very small or the entire sheet. I have now tried to set the range but I still cannot get it working. Can anyone see what is wrong with it. The massage box displays correctly and multiplies the value by 12 as I want it to but the code does not want to use the cells I (think I) have told it too.
