Macro countif in 1st sheet and Vlookup in 2nd sheet result should be last row of each PN

in sheet 2 same part numbers with different count
but i need sheet 1 count in last row of each part number in sheet 2 with vlookup...

Part Numbers are in sorted so it will be ordered set.

Countif is works well. for vlookup in sheet 2 is populating value in all cells. But i need to populate value in last row of each part number.
