VBA: Changing pivot items in multiple pivot tables and saving another worksheet as a pdf

Dear Experts,

I am new to the forums although I received lots of help before by just reading previous threads. Thank you a lot!!!

I am an Excel 2010 user. I have a workbook with 6 pivot tables in one sheet and another sheet with a defined name range "Print_Area".

What I need is to change variable "Name" as the same text value with the other remaining 5 pivot tables in Sheet 3 "Pivots". The pivot table names are respectively "PivotTable1", "PivotTable2", "PivotTable3", "PivotTable4", "PivotTable5", "PivotTable6". Last 3 of them however contains financial information and they might not be including the names in the first 3 pivot tables. In these occurrences I need a VBA code to choose the name "Not Available" in those last 3 pivot tables if it is possible.

The second part is to save the name range in Sheet 1 "Profiles" as pdf documents particularly containing relative data to the "Name" filter above. I have more than 1000 of them . Is there a way to define name range and do the filtering based on this range?

For example if "Name" filter is "X" in one pivot filter the other filters named "Name" in other pivot tables should be "X" as well and then name range "Print_Area" in Sheet 1 "Profiles" must be saved as a pdf file named "X" containing the data of "X". After that this process should continue with the other names Y,Z.....

The last part is to send the pdfs as e-mails to the related recipients. However the above stages are more crucial. I would be grateful if u could help!
