Formating Macro - Moving Cells

Hello,

I'm working with sets of data a large sets of data, I would like to move the contents of A and B to D and E if the cell in column A is a date. Then move the contents of cells C through E to A through C.

The variables are broken up by sections with titles and other minutia that hinder an easy sort and manual manipulation to fix. That and there is a wack load of info in there too

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
