Need help to create a Macro

    Hi
Please look at the attached excel sheet. This is just at format sample. I need to install a macro button which would enable me selecting rows between row 13 and row 25. Select the font size to 14 and type to times roman. Centralize data in column C. There are 4 catagories Purchase Equipment, construction contracts, company labor and other direct costs. The category rows have totals from rows underneath them. The category rows need be higlighted say yellow. I may have different number of category rows for different projects. So the macro should recognize the category rows and highlight them. Row 26 is a row of totals. This need not to be high lighted. The row immediate above need to be highlighted same as of category rows.
