Macro to copy the data from a closed file to another work book using filters

Hi All

Looking for a macro to copy the data from a closed file to another work book using filters

 Transfer data from raw file with Approved in filter for overall status and blanks from Raw file name “GRC DATA2”.
 Add an email ID column and Comments Columns at the end of all the headers
 Create a message box pop to ask to enter email ids manually into EMAIL ID and comments into comments columns
I have enclosed a sample file for your perusal. Kindly help

Just want to check if we can tweet this macro little further.

1. Is it possible to add another filter along with present filter when we are importing data
from raw data file
I am looking for the additional filter on training date. I also want data only where training date is blank which means… I want to transfer data from GRC DATA2 file with Approved in filter for overall status column and blanks from training date. (2 filters applied)
2. Along with Email ID, Comments, I also need to add duplicate record and Completion Date columns
3. Is it possible to enter a comment “Duplicate record” in the duplicate record column where ever requestor name is twice…
4. Rather than a form… Is it possible to add to create a message box which should contain message “Please enter Email address and Comments”

Hello Kiran Kumar,

The macro below has been changed to filter using both columns. The results are also checked for duplicate requestors. Blank fields are not flagged as duplicates. The attached workbook contains the changes.
