Conversion of Macro

I was wondering if someone can help me convert this macro....it currently adds up eight blocks of numbers and does some filtering based upon adjacent cells. I was wondering how to get it to add only 4 blocks of numbers instead. There is a thread here that documents the process of creating the macro, if greater understanding is needed.
