Duplication of data

Good afternoon ,
As you will see , among others, use two UserForm : one for data entry ( UserForm1 ) and , the other , ( UserForm2 ) to modify . The problem arises me in changing records (using UserForm2 ) because when the registry change is duplicated , but with different dates (say one dated 2013 and one from 2014) , all records are duplicated . However, if the record is unique modified without problem.
example:
In the sheet "INICIO " execute "Modificación de Informes" in the form that opens , run "Modificación de Datos", and in the ComboBox "Número de Registro" , deploy and chose the "4" . One, dated , 10/01/2013 , and immediately in the ListBox , the records associated with this issue , in this case two listed, and another , dated , 01/02/2014 , both, with their corresponding records.
Select the record date 01/02/2014 , then the various fields of this record in the corresponding TextBox and combos in order to be able to modify any of them are loaded.
Choose, for example, change the "Tipo de Documento" field, change the Documento 5 for everyone else, we deploy the ComboBox and select, for example, Documento 8 (we could modify any other field) and run "Modificación de Datos". Theoretically , the record ID . 4, dated 01/02/2014 , it should only be modified by Documento 5 Documento 8 , the rest of the fields as they were. Well here comes the problem , rather than this particular data have changed , What you have done is this:
We headed to the "DATOS" sheet , and we check that all fields have disappeared for the Registration No. "4" , dated 10/01/2013 , and the Registration Number "4" , corresponding to 01/02/2014, has doubled , one 5 and the other documento with Documento 8 .
However, if we choose a no. registration is not duplicated , modified normally. Incomprehensible , at least to me .
