latest date selection

i want certain number in one column in one sheet dates in some columns in same sheet i wanna search the latest date corresponding to that no .and then wanna pope out the text corresponding to date which is latest (according to in which column the date is highest).
please help me if any one can????

i have attached sheet in sheet 1 column K has certain numbers.and in sheet 2 corresponding to those number in columns V TO AD there are dates .i want to match the no in sheet 2 and then select the latest date in sheet 2 and like if it appears in column z then in sheet 1 column L ,i should get "intg stg"(as is the label of column z)
