Merging duplicate rows

I have total 90K records with multiple entries against each id below:

Actual Data

1 Clara Antitrust / Trade
1 Clara Commercial
1 Clara Employment Relations
1 Clara Accidents
2 Sara Employment Relations
2 Sara Accidents
3 Colin International
3 Colin Aviation and Aerospace
4 John Personal Injury

I want to display one record in each row like:
1 clara antitrust/Trade, Commercial, Employment relations, Accidents

Please help!

hi, nlm, please check attachment, run code "test". The output is on the new sheet. Hope this helps.

PS. The code works with sorted data as in your example otherwise it should be modified.
