to extract the same four number but in different order from the same set of data

I have posted the same thread at General. However, after working on the data myself, i believe my requirement is more complex than i initially thought and VBA is the more appripriate forum to ask.

what i required is able to extract the same 4 digits in different order from the same set of data and displays it by 1) frequency of the numbers occured and its date of occurance; 2) in which order eg 3991,1993, 3919, etc;

Is it viable? if so, i would be grateful if someone can help me to achieve.
